1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Order data: plan, payment gateway references, amounts, and timestamps. Full card/crypto details stay with Cashfree / NOWPayments — we never see them.
- Usage data: token counts per key for quota enforcement.
- Support data: tickets and live-chat messages you send us.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, issue and manage API keys, process and confirm orders, provide support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data.
3. API request content
Prompts you send through your key are proxied to upstream model providers to generate responses. We log token counts only — not your prompt content — for billing.
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in, plus local storage for the chat widget. No advertising trackers.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep account and order records as required for billing disputes and tax law. You may ask us to delete your account and personal data via the contact page; we will comply unless retention is legally required.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, payment pages run over HTTPS, and admin areas require authenticated admin accounts. No system is perfect — report concerns via live chat.
