1. The service
BroCode VIP ("we") provides managed API access to AI models through a personal VIP key. Plans are prepaid and valid for the stated duration (30 days). Token quotas refill on a rolling 5-hour window as described on our pricing page.
2. Your key
- Your key is personal to your account. You may use it across your own devices and servers.
- Do not publish your key publicly or resell it as a standalone product without written permission.
- We may revoke keys involved in abuse, fraud, or quota theft, with or without notice for severe cases.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, for generating spam, malware, or CSAM, or for attacking our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that breach this.
4. Payments & order confirmation
Payments are processed via Cashfree and NOWPayments. Every order is manually confirmed by our team before the key is issued. If we cannot confirm an order, it is refunded in full.
5. Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream model providers may change or rate-limit models; we will route around issues where possible.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period.
7. Changes
